Leaf acetal	Acetaldehyde ethyl cis-3-hexenyl acetal is generally called Leaf acetal. This product has been well known as one of the typical materials which compose green top notes.
Description	Colorless to pale yellow liquid. Powerful green, herbaceous-vegetable, oily odor, reminiscent of many natural products.
Natural Occurrence	Leaf acetal has been found in Guava and Plum.
Use	Leaf acetal is used as natural green top notes in floral fragrances insluding shampoos, soaps and detergents as well as in mossy or citrus perfumes and fruity flavors with reminiscence of tropical fruits.
