latex, the largest of ZEON's business lines, are
supported by a wealth of industry-leading elastomer technologies.
Related to synthetic rubbers, ZEON
cultivates its unique elastomer technologies in three
laboratories: the General-purpose Rubber Laboratory, which
develops rubbers for fuel-efficient tires; the Special
Rubber Laboratory, which focuses on the development of
elastomers requiring special qualities for specific applications
and properties; and the Zetpol Laboratory, which is engaged
in the development of elastomers with both heat and oil
resistance.
Zeon's unique synthetic latex business
line is supported by polymer ultra-fine particle design
technologies, in addition to elastomer technologies, such
as polymer composition and molecular weight distribution.
