Most of Zeon's research
and development takes place at its Research & Development
Center, where approximately 400 engineers conduct research
and development activities, directly related to its current
business lines, in accordance with the strategies of each
division, while aggressively pursuing new technologies.
At the same time, Zeon maintains seven areas organized around
the company's core technologies as a Technology Group functioning
as a professional engineering team to guard and advance
technological strategies related to each technology field.
Zeon believes that the Technology Group plays a vital role
in developing Zeon's unique expertise. The Technology Group
is expected to perform an extensive range of activities,
from information gathering, analysis, and education to the
employment of professionals through a technological network
linking international academies and industries, all focused
on creating business development concepts and establishing
technological strategies.
