2. Effective date
The price rise will come into effect from June 1st, 2008 shipments.
3. Reason for the price increase
Profitability has continued to suffer from the skyrocketing prices of crude oil and naphtha. And also prices for fuel oil, including heavy oil, are expected to increase significantly. Given that these sudden rising prices are beyond our capacity to absorb, we have determined that upward revisions in our product prices are unavoidable.
