1. Reason for the move
The Furukawa Sogo Building, the current site of the head office, is scheduled for renovation beginning in 2006 as part of the Marunouchi Redevelopment Project. ZEON Corporation had been carefully examining new locations for its head office in accordance with the progress of the Redevelopment Project, and selected the Shin Marunouchi Center Building for its complete IT infrastructure and ample space for other Group companies, as well as for its favorable costs.
