  • *1. RC audits
Auditing as stipulated by Zeon’s Responsible Care Policy. Audits conducted by the head of the Environmental and Safety Affairs Department from a specialized point of view are called “RC audits.”
  • *2. Safety incident
According to company rules, the occurrence of a fire, explosion, leakage, rupture, runaway reaction, or other such event, or in the near-occurrence of one of these events, an event that could have occurred if actions were delayed, or an event in which signs of its potential occurrence were observed.

The number of workplace accidents has decreased compared to the period when there were many such accidents (2005-2007), but we have not yet reached our targets (zero accidents). Rather than being satisfied with this decrease, we will expand our safety activities until we reach zero accidents.
