We provide molding and evaporation solutions for various lenses and prisms, drawing upon our own technologies in the areas of lens and optical design, mold design and production, mold injection, vacuum evaporation and product evaluation.
| (1)Design of optical lenses | We design optical lenses to use valuable software of ZEMAX and Essential Macleod when we design coating. |
| (2)Tool design and process technologies | We offer products demanded by users to use our technologies which we have precise accuracy and less micro bias of lenses center. We particularly offer precise products made by ZEONEX® and ZEONOR® to make tools by using the technology of lots of tool cavity and analysis of molding flow. |
| (3)Mold process technologies | We have the latest injection molding machines and measuring technologies, such as optical interferometer. We decide proper condition of mold process by using them and offer proper products. |
| (4)Vacuum coating technologies | We have vacuum depositors, Φ1800, Φ1400, and Φ950 and we have durable coatings, such as anti-reflection and reflection to the plastic lenses with low adherence to them in the atmosphere of 10-3 Pa by using electric beam. |
| (5)Optical Evaluation technologies | We evaluate plastic lenses by using durable test equipments of industry standard and we have optical measuring equipments, such as interferometer produced by ZYGO, FORMTALYSURF, and resolution equipment. |
| (6)Assembly technologies | We have assembly equipments of UV gluing and equipments with heating to leave no space and assembly technologies of optical parts. |
