Binder for lithium ion rechargeable battery
Batteries using our flexible rubber binder require less binder than PVDF, resulting in thinner batteries. BM-400B, a negative electrode binder, recognized in the market for its greater flexibility for electrodes than conventional PVDF.

ZEON has recently introduced a new series of battery binders for active materials, such as LiMn2O4 and LiFePO4.
LiMn2O4 and LiFePO4 chemistries are anticipated to find broad use in positive electrodes for large size Lithium Ion (Li-ion) batteries used in HEV, UPS, and industrial uses.

Zeon's binders can provide LIB with LiMn2O4 and LiFePO4 for improved properties like longer cycle life and lower resistance, compared to conventional binders, such as PVdF.
